Italian Customer Visits Jungu for Bolt and Nut Tooling
On October 8, 2026, we welcomed an Italian customer to Jungu for a first factory visit. The customer was interested in bolt and nut tooling and wanted to learn more about our manufacturing processes and delivery lead times.
The visit included a walk through the workshop and time to discuss both subjects with our team. Here are a few photographs and a short video from the day.

A First Look at the Workshop
We took the customer through the machining area, past the equipment and workstations where our tooling is made. The workshop photograph below shows part of that tour.
For someone visiting us for the first time, this is a chance to see the working factory behind the finished tools on our website.

Bolt and Nut Tooling: Process and Delivery
Our discussion focused on the manufacturing processes and lead times for bolt and nut tooling.
For readers considering similar tooling, our cold heading dies for bolts and screws and nut forming dies pages give more detail about the applications and what to include in an enquiry.
When we review a new tooling request, we need the drawings, machine model, workpiece material and quantity before confirming a delivery schedule. Let us know when the tools need to arrive at your factory, too, so transport time is included in the discussion.
A Short Video from the Visit
We also shared footage of the visit on our YouTube channel.
