Jungu at the 2026 Shanghai International Fastener Industry Expo
A short field note from Jungu Precision Mould at the 2026 Shanghai International Fastener Industry Expo, covering booth discussions around carbide dies, punch pins, thread rolling dies, nut dies, and drawing-based mould projects.
From May 20 to 22, our team brought Jungu Precision Mould to booth H1-1057 at the 2026 Shanghai International Fastener Industry Expo. We prepared samples, catalog materials, and application boards for the products customers ask about most: carbide dies, screw dies, nut dies, punch pins, thread rolling dies, and custom mould parts made from drawings.

The best part of the show was not the display itself. It was the conversations around the display cabinets. Some visitors wanted to compare materials for cold heading dies. Some asked about tool life and surface finish. Others came with a sample part, a drawing, or a forming problem they wanted to solve before starting a new order.
What We Talked About at the Booth
Most technical discussions came back to a few practical points: whether the drawing is suitable for machining, which material fits the forming condition, how tight the critical dimensions need to be, and how inspection should be handled before shipment. These are the details that decide whether a fastener mould runs smoothly after it reaches the customer’s workshop.

For many projects, a mould quote cannot be judged only by price. Buyers need to know whether the supplier understands the part, the forming process, the steel or carbide choice, and the acceptance standard. That is why face-to-face discussion is still useful, especially for non-standard fastener tooling.
Applications We Highlighted
At the exhibition, we showed several application directions that match our daily production work. These included carbide dies, punch pins and header punches, thread rolling dies, nut forming dies, charger pin moulds, automotive fastener moulds, and other custom parts made according to customer drawings.

We also used the booth to explain how we review new projects. A good inquiry normally includes a drawing, material requirement, tolerance, expected quantity, machine or forming process information, and the working condition of the part. With that information, our engineering and sales teams can check manufacturability and give a clearer next step.
After the Exhibition
We are following up with the visitors who shared drawings, sample photos, or planned projects during the show. For new customers who could not visit the booth, the same process is available online: send the part drawing and basic production information, and we will review whether it fits our fastener mould manufacturing capability.

If you are sourcing carbide dies, punch pins, thread rolling dies, nut forming dies, or custom fastener mould parts, you can contact Jungu Precision Mould and send your drawing for review. We will check the key details and reply with the next practical steps.
