At the end of April 2025, our company will serve an on-site visit from an important customer inspection team in India. As soon as the team arrived in China, they rushed straight to our company after the long journey. Without resting for a moment, they inspected the production line and workshop operations. During the one-day inspection, the team focused on visiting the precision machining workshop of Jungu Mold, observed the entire process of high-precision mirror discharge machining on site, and witnessed the technical personnel in the quality inspection center with a rigorous attitude that exceeded industry standards, ensuring that every mold data met precision requirements. The members of the inspection team expressed that the professional level and ultimate pursuit demonstrated by Jungu Mold are admirable. The complexity and efficiency of the mold manufacturing and inspection process far exceed expectations, fully demonstrating the outstanding strength of Chinese manufacturing.  

In the technical exchange session, the Indian customer team demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, not only conducting in-depth technical discussions on the design drawings of the orders’ molds, but also raising professional inquiries on key indicators such as mold service life and processing equipment adaptability. Our technical team, with ample industry experience, provides customers with systematic solution recommendations from material selection, heat treatment processes to equipment maintenance and upkeep.
